Matt acts as the bridge between the construction site and the office. Matt has worked every aspect of construction for 35 years as a Project Manager and Estimator. He began his career with a general contractor in his home state of Illinois. Working as a 2-man crew he learned hands on, all aspects of new home construction, remodeling and roofing. After moving to Houston in 1996 he began work as a superintendent with a custom homebuilder. This experience led to position as Project Manager for over 10 years with one of the largest homebuilders in Texas. Before helping to launch Falcon Construction in 2009. Matt’s deep understanding of every phase of construction, proper sequencing and scheduling has ensured a seamless and hassle-free process that our clients have come to know and appreciate.

Matt ensures that projects are coordinated from conception to close. His scope of work includes: estimating, proposals, scheduling and liaising between clients and Trade Partners. His job is to ensure each project is completed on time and within budget and that every project ends with a satisfied customer. He is known in the industry for his strong work ethic and uncompromising integrity.
