Exterior renovation to convert existing Ramada Inn to Best Western Plus. Renovations included exterior paint, painting of existing standing seam mansard roof with Kelly Moore Moisture Cured Enamel Coating, installation of cultured stone veneer at front elevation, demolishing the front mansard roof and constructing an EFIS parapet wall, EFIS and Stucco repairs, installation of Pavestone concrete pavers at entry porte-cochere. Interior renovations include construction of 5 story CMU elevator shaft in lobby, steel framing and sheetrock and HVAC modifications.
