Removal and replacement of approx. 50,000 sf of wood siding with new James Hardie fiber cement siding and trim. Replace approx. 30,000 sf of failing modified bitumen roof with new Versico .60mil TPO membrane over tapered ISO insulation, fully adhered. Fabricate and install new exterior steel railings, stairs and landings. Exterior paint of 35 apartment buildings with Sherwin Williams Super Paint.
